Introduction
Welcome to The Institute for Women's Online Bible Study. This Bible Study is designed to provide you with daily reminders from God's Word that will help you to find, develop, strengthen or deepen a relationship with God, the Father of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus the Christ.
This Bible Study was born out of a desire to help women like you to study the Bible at any time of the day or night in any location around the world. We want you to explore God's Word so that you can know Him, talk to Him and fellowship with Him because He loves you. He wants to have a real and personal relationship with you.
If you have never studied the Bible or are not familiar with reading the Bible, don't worry. This Bible Study is a simple and practical approach to learning God's Word. It is our prayer that it will help you to see how God's Word can be applied to your everyday life.
Participating in the IFW Online Bible Study is easy. Once a quarter, a Bible Study topic will be presented. A lesson for the quarter will be discussed along with study questions and practical steps for applying Bible truths and walking in what you will be learning. The goal is to study God's Word and grow in the knowledge of Jesus Christ. It's that simple!

Online Bible Study Instructions
Thank you for choosing to study the Bible with The Institute for Women. We hope you enjoy studying with us and recommend the following steps to get the most out of your study:
- Determine a regular study schedule that is best for you (try hard to carve out the time -- studying God's Word is necessary for living the abundant life). Find a quiet place and a tranquil atmosphere (let your family know in advance that this is your time with the Lord).
- While your Bible Study outline and information are on the computer, we encourage you to use a traditional Bible (not an electronic version) and a traditional notebook or journal for your notes and completing Bible Study assignments. Thank God for electronics and the digital age; however, the more we unplug from the electronics and tap into the solitude of pages turning and hands moving in sync with the Spirit of God, the more rewarding the experience. God wants to speak to your heart. Quiet that is not digitally manufactured is necessary!
- Begin your study time with prayer. This is simply to thank God for the time and for His presence. Ask Him to bless your study time and thank Him for illuminating His Word so that you can live a life that is pleasing to Him and beneficial to others.
- Take your time in reading through the Bible Study information. Give particular time in reading each of the Scripture references (jot them down as you read them).
- As God speaks to your heart throughout the study, take notes and review them at the beginning of your next study time.
- When time permits, try answering one of the study questions or engaging in one or more of the "Making It Plain" activities at the end of the lesson. The themes will be current for several weeks. Please take your time to delve into the study questions and practical assignments whenever you want. This is your time with the Lord and you want to hear what God is saying. No rush -- allow the Word to speak to your heart!
- When you finish each study time, end with prayer thanking God for the opportunity to study His Word. Commit in your heart to continue studying and growing in the knowledge of God.
